Transport (travel during services) per kilometre $1.30
Travel that occurs as part of service delivery, such as transporting a member to an appointment or community event, is charged per kilometre. This is commonly referred to as a non-labour expense or fee.
Minimum service duration is 2 consecutive hours
Cancellation - Effective communication is important to us. Please provide as much notice as possible for any changes or cancellations. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the service.
Additional Expenses - Expenses such as entry fees, event tickets, or participant meals during support are the responsibility of the participant and are not included in the costs of the support.
